Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use

1. Introduction and Scope

By accessing our website and/or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use. These conditions apply to anyone visiting or purchasing from galerie-ecusson.com.


2. Products and Artworks

The artworks available for purchase are described as accurately as possible on each product page. Bronze sculptures are limited to 8 copies + 4 artist proofs. Clay sculptures are one-of-a-kind pieces.


3. Orders and Contract

Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email. The sales contract is considered valid once we confirm the artwork’s availability.


4. Pricing and Shipping Fees

Prices are displayed in EUR including VAT. Shipping fees are shown before you finalize your order. Customs duties may apply outside the EU.


5. Payment

Payment is required at the time of order. Payments can be made by credit card or any other secure method available on the website.


6. Delivery

Deliveries are handled by specialized art transporters. In case of delay or failure to deliver, you may cancel the order after a formal request for resolution.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have 14 days to withdraw after receiving the artwork (excluding custom pieces). Return shipping costs are your responsibility.


8. Returns and Refunds

If your item is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately. If the piece cannot be restored, you will receive a full refund. All returns must be approved in advance via email at juliette.resin@gmail.com and shipped to:

11. Disputes and Governing Law

In case of a dispute, we will first seek an amicable solution. If no agreement is found, jurisdiction will fall to the competent courts of Montpellier, France. French law applies.
