Return & Refund Policy
At Galerie de Juliette, we offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your artwork to request a return, only in the event of confirmed damage.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, the artwork must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging. Returns are accepted only if the piece was damaged during transport. Proof of purchase and photos of the damage will be required.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the artwork is damaged or does not match your order, contact us immediately.
If the item cannot be repaired or restored, a full refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order artworks (special commissions) cannot be returned, unless damaged upon delivery.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest solution is to request a refund (if eligible), and then place a new order separately.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your artwork, excluding custom or made-to-order pieces.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
